We harness women’s talent, champion gender diversity in business as well as advocate for an increasing women paarticipation in the private and public sector
We are aligned to the UN Sustainable goal 5.5, which is to ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic and public life.
Our Vision
To have all public listed companies, government agencies and institutions across industries in AFRICA increase women leaders participation beyond 40%.
Our work continues through advocacy, training and development, sourcing and placement of board ready women.
